2022 - 2023 North East Skimo Events Calendar
Below is a list of skimo-related events.
Six of these events are highlighted as part of an ❄️ Ice Coast Skimo Race Series 🏁. Ice Coast Skimo will keep track of racer points for these six events. The final championship race, hosted at Sunday River (March 12), will crown the men’s and women’s Ice Coast Skimo champions!
Important note: Ice Coast Skimo is not the official host of any skimo events and assumes no liability for any skimo activities or events. Skimo and ski mountaineering are inherently dangerous, and participants assume all risk.
Berkshire East, MA (❄️ Ice Coast Race Series 🏁)
Where the NE Rando Race Series first started, all the way back in the 2008-09 season! Full competitive course is three laps for ~4,500’ cumulative vert, featuring steep boot packs and fun descents (and, typically, some great swag). Whether a competitive racer or heavy metal hero - Berkshire East is the right way to kick off the Ice Coast Skimo race series.
